- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The office staff is horrible! ive been to a few drs i myself see Butera, my Husband hymas and my boys see cooper. and i am so sick to death of the girl at check out and her loud mouth, and condiscending tone. not only is she horribly rude, but you can see that she enjoys making sure everyone else sees that shes doing it. get a life.. your job is not that important. DR HYMAS hire new staff!!!!! plus i had some billing questions.. and my lord the office manager is an idiot.. where did you find her! no class at all..once again.. rude!!! no answers were given. the staff is NOT there to help.... basically it is that the customer is ALWAYS wrong... and they can do NO wrong. there are some very nice girls there too bad they all are overlooked due to a few bad bad bad seeds.March 04, 2017by A Google User
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Cooper has been seeing my son for his eye allergies for a few years. He's very good and has been effective at treating my son. Bedside manner is good too. The office staff though, frankly, stink (at least a couple of the main ones). Rude and condescending. The Doctors in that office need to hire new staff. As good as the Dr. is, the experience in that office has been generally negative for me due to the mannerisms of the office staff.February 18, 2017by A Google User
