- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The care from doctors and techs has been good over the ten years I've been having procedures done here. The reception staff is a whole other matter. There is a blonde woman, late-40ish, who is consistently rude, sniffy, and condescending. Last year I observed her rolling her eyes--very obviously--at her coworkers when an elderly man was unable to understand her instructions. I was so angry that I tried to complain first to on-staff supervisors, then later to the company, to zero response. Not to phone calls, not to letters.
