  Newbury Park Physical Therapy is a phenomenal facility. The office staff is friendly and accommodating. They make it easy to set up appointments that fit one's schedule and are helpful in managing insurance and payments. From spending many afternoons in the office, I have seen the physical therapists interacting with their patients, from young children to elderly people, with widely varying injuries. They are respectful of people's needs and privacy, when needed. Bernie is the therapist I have been working with and I feel so fortunate to have her as my physical therapist. She never rushes with me, takes the time to investigate the source of pain and the most effective approach to treating it. She is kind, patient and dedicated to helping me get back to being pain free. Along with all of this, the facility is very clean and it clear they prioritize a comfortable, and sanitary environment. I have seen staff members clean the tables between patients and they put down barriers to protect people's faces when lying on the tables. The office is easily accessible from the freeway and the parking is easy. This is a fantastic facility and I would suggest it to anyone needing physical therapy.
