  WARNING: DANGEROUS and RUDE!! My girlfriend and I went to Wellness Mart over the weekend to get some blood work done. There were three people dressed in green scrubs (one male and two female) and the doctor only available via phone and video. While I paid for the services, I noticed immediately that the blonde lady had a bad attitude. When I asked about the tests, a copy of my receipt, or whatever concerns we had, she was very curt and unfriendly. Whatever, I thought... no biggie. Bad decision, I should've trusted my instincts. When we were ready for the blood draw, the rude blonde asks the other nurse if she's okay to do the draw. She replied, "I should be okay." Uh oh, I thought, strike number two... 'SHOULD' be okay? When I asked about her reply, they said that she was new to the company, but was a registered nurse and trained to do a blood draw. WRONG!! We found out that she worked in pediatrics and never actually drew blood from adults. She didn't even know how to prep the needle and had the blonde do it for her!! Well, I was super nervous, but my gf was already in the chair and arms prepared so I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. She stuck her! Missed the vein. Moved it around. Bruised her. Pulled out the needle. Didn't add pressure. Blood dripped down her arm and onto the floor. AND on top of that, what do they do? THEY BLAME MY GF FOR HAVING SMALL VEINS. Are you kidding me? And then they blame me for apologizing to my gf and getting frustrated. They NEVER took responsibility for not knowing what they were doing and treating us as guinea pigs. The blonde never supervised properly, blamed everybody but herself, and obviously didn't know what she was doing. This place is DANGEROUS!!! If anyone reading this is considering going to this place, please PLEASE heed my warning and stay away. They are untrained, rude, and expensive. I ended up getting a refund and going somewhere else. Oh, and I forgot to mention, the doctor (over the phone to my gf) was not informative or friendly at all. All in all, a HORRIBLE place. PLEASE STAY AWAY...
